Insurance CRM for PV Krishnan Associates

PV Krishnan Associates, a mid-sized insurance advisory firm, was tracking 1,200+ client policies across multiple carriers in spreadsheets. Policy renewal reminders were sent manually, client communication history lived in individual agent inboxes, and the MD had no consolidated view of portfolio health or renewal revenue coming due.

We built a custom CRM tailored to insurance workflows: policy lifecycle tracking with carrier integration points, automated renewal reminder sequences via email and WhatsApp 90/30/7 days out, a client 360 view aggregating policies, claims, and communication history, and an MD dashboard showing renewal revenue by month.
